I messed up in terms of this blog. I took the feedback of a writing coach too much to heart and lost interest in writing on this blog.
This was not the way to go.
I presume this is how much criticism works, right? We take one hit and it’s very hard to get back up, especially in fear of getting more hits. As cliche as it is, I’m going to say it. We’ve all heard it since we were kids. it doesn’t matter how many times you fall, it matters how many times you get back up.
Regarding the title, I was thinking about my career path for the past few days and decided that I should write it down. Not only will it not just exist in my head, but it can serve as a reminder for myself, on this blog. Though I had just come across my company’s/boss’ Inspiration Notion page, he suggested the book Write It Down, Make It Happen by Henriette Klauser and gave some context
This book changed my life. Some of it’s really lame but the message is quite clear: if you want to get something done, write it down.
- From here on out, I’m going to pursue my hobbies and interests, although as a multipotentialite, more passionately and record them.
- I need to evaluate which social media platform I want. I personally have lost interest in Instagram, X, and Twitter. As much as I’d rather build in silence, it’s not about gaining followers but rather be able to post various media, build a community of followers, get feedback on my progress. Maybe TikTok? Decided: Lemon8
- Topics: photography, kalimba, calligraphy, cooking, reading reflections, arduino projects, languages
- It’s a rough, interesting world out there when my hobbies and interests intersect with my career goals. I’m going all in on my career path. No matter what it takes or where it takes me, I will pursue higher education and setting new industry career goals for myself in the intersection of Smart Cities, IoT, ML, network science, microprocessors, and product management.
