One common trait among the people I idolize is that they’re all creators.
In workplace titles, they’re researchers or founders. They all contributed to the world in such a way allows for others to, not just utilize but, to build upon.
I think this says a lot more about myself and the way I want to conduct myself in the future. I am a creator. I am a founder. I am the one who researches and creates a forefront for a new subject or a new path forward, whether it be a new area within network science from a revelation and years of research or a new product or service which sprouted from just an idea.
Manifestation is important. Hard work + manifestation will get me to where I want and need to be.
Though… it’s not all manifestation. I have been creating pipelines at work which haven’t been done by other companies. I have been creating projects on the side. I am a founder of a registered business. I have been researching new paths and forming new ideas.
I may have lost my spark for research in the past few months but I think that was due to lack of direction and going in the wrong direction. I have now found the way I want to go forward and am aiming for that.
Although I enjoy working, I am not the one for a lifestyle of working away.
I am one of creating and founding.
Something interesting I realized while I was typing this post. I initially typed:
I aim to be a creator. I am to be a founder. I am to be the one who…
This shows rather uncertainty and me hoping to be something. The simple typo shows the lack of confidence in my words yet yearning for something greater.
Since noticing, I changed it all to:
I am to be a creator. I am to be a founder. I am to be the one who…
However, after writing the above sentence, I realized “I am to be” is better than “I aim to be” but it still shows uncertainty. It maybe, at most, has a bit more confidence. Confidence is also good but I should be manifesting my goals. So it is now:
I am a creator. I am a founder. I am the one who…
